1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flovia’s services (including classes, memberships, and training), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Health & Safety

2.1 Health Commitment Statement

Our Commitment to You:

  • We provide a safe environment and qualified staff.

  • We will respect your personal exercise decisions but advise against exceeding your abilities.

  • Reasonable adjustments will be made for clients with disabilities upon request.

Your Commitment to Us:

  • Do not exercise beyond your limits. Seek medical advice if unsure.

  • Follow all safety instructions and inform staff if you feel unwell.

  • If you have a disability, follow reasonable instructions for safe participation.

2.2 Infectious Disease Policy

  • If required, clients must declare any exposure to high-risk infectious diseases.

  • Follow current UK health guidelines

3. Payments & Bookings

3.1 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe (or other approved gateways).

  • Flovia does not store credit card details.

  • GDPR-compliant data retention applies.

3.2 Class Packs & Memberships

  • Bookings are non-transferable.

  • 24-hour cooling-off period: Full refund on membership and packs if requested within 24h of purchase.

  • Class cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your session to get your credit back.

  • Late cancellations/no-shows: No refunds.

  • All purchases are final after the 24h cooling-off period.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating, you:

  • Acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity.

  • Release Flovia from liability for injury, illness, or loss, except due to gross negligence.

  • Confirm you are medically fit to participate.

5. Website & Intellectual Property

  • Content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Flovia and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Third-party links are not endorsed by Flovia.

6. Changes to Terms

Flovia reserves the right to:

  • Modify services or Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Enforce updated terms upon continued use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, with disputes resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
